Many of our families who are surviving domestic violence have been especially affected by the economic impacts of COVID-19. Our good friends at the JBJ Soul Kitchen Red Bank have stepped in to help 180 by preparing meals for our food insecure families. A special thank you to everyone involved in making this happen for us and a special shout out to Wendy at the Soul Kitchen for her great help this week!

The Soul Kitchen is known for nourishing souls in more ways than one! As most of you know, the JBJ Soul Kitchen is a community restaurant featuring fresh, healthy ingredients, and they serve these meals to in-need customers through volunteer work, or to customers paying through donations. Dining at JBJ Soul Kitchen provides an opportunity for all to EAT WELL and DO GOOD. We can’t wait to rejoin our friends at Soul Kitchen once this pandemic is behind us. Sitting in their dining room is like sitting in a good friend’s kitchen…..come on in and stay awhile. We are looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Love,
