The Monmouth Regional Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group is proud to announce 180 Turning Lives Around as the beneficiary of the 18th Annual Caring with Karaoke Charity Fundraiser, taking place on September 30, 2026, from 7–10 PM at the Wonder Bar in Asbury Park, NJ. This year’s confirmed judges are Vito Cardinale, Bri Lindia, Tim McLoone, and Wendy Smith.
Proceeds from the event will benefit 180 Turning Lives Around’s 2ND Floor Youth Helpline. 2ND Floor Youth Helpline provides critical mental health and emotional support to young people throughout NJ. It is the only statewide youth helpline of its kind and has been serving NJ youth for nearly 20 years.
As noted in their application, “2ND Floor makes mental health supports more accessible throughout our community, helping to de‑escalate serious situations before they lead to irreversible consequences.” The program manages tens of thousands of interactions each year, with nearly 30% related to mental‑health concerns. Funding from Caring with Karaoke will strengthen this critical resource, ensuring no call, text, chat, or message board post for help goes unanswered.
With public funding continuing to lag behind the rising demand for youth mental‑health support, community partnership is essential to sustaining and expanding the reach of 2ND Floor. The MRCC Young Professionals Group is honored to partner with 180 Turning Lives Around to help ensure this lifesaving helpline remains accessible to every young person who needs it. Together, we are strengthening the safety, well-being, and resilience of New Jersey’s youth.
