Join the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce Women in Business (EMACC-WIB) for a women-only self-defense class benefiting 180 Turning Lives Around, in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Learn practical self-defense skills in a supportive, empowering environment while connecting with other women in the community. The evening will also support local survivors: attendees are invited to bring gift cards, which will be distributed to domestic and sexual violence survivors through 180’s annual Holiday Boutique.

Walk-ins welcome, registration preferred. Early bird pricing ends October 1. Come ready to learn, build confidence, and support survivors in our community!
