The NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards recognize executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership, integrity, vision, and commitment to both organizational success and community impact.

“I’m truly honored by this recognition,” said Liz Graham, CEO. “Most importantly, it shines a light on the survivors we serve and our unbelievable staff who make their healing possible. I’m grateful for the chance to share this work and help even more people find safety and hope.”

Under Liz’s leadership, 180 Turning Lives Around supports thousands of individuals and families annually through survivor-centered programs, emergency safe housing, counseling, and 24/7 helplines. She also guided the planning and construction of 180’s 21,000-square-foot Safe House, thoughtfully designed for survivors, their children, and their pets.
